Terms

Room bookings may be made online at www.theleicester.com or by phone on 01704-530049 and can be made by persons aged 18 years or older.

All rooms are subject to availability at the time of booking and can be made up to 12 months before the date of arrival.

All bookings are subject to pay on arrival, by cash or credit/debit card.

Room rates include breakfast.

Room Rates

The Leicester reserves the right to constantly adjust its room prices. Any increased price will be advised at time of booking. For details of our room prices, please check online or call on 01704 530 049.

Once you have booked a room, The Leicester will not increase the price.

Rates for room stays are available up to 12 months in advance of the date of arrival.

Hotel facilities and check-in / departure

Check in is from 2pm on the date of arrival and departure is before 11am on the day of departure.

The Leicester will make an additional charge equivalent to one night's stay for any room not vacated by 11am.

Cots may be available and are provided on a first-come first-served basis. Contact the hotel when booking.

The Leicester is a non smoking establishment. Any persons found to have smoked will be fined £50.

Any damage or theft will also be charged a min of £50.

Cancellation or amendment to room bookings

All deposits are non refundable.

Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will be charged the remaining balance of the booking.

Cancellations made before 14 days of arrival will not incur any further charges.
